November, 2010

Back.

I’m back from Ghana. And I’ve got 26 GB of photos and videos to sift through, edit, curate and sort into stories, themes and meaning. And instead of rushing it, I’m going to enjoy the process.

Back. Above New York City, NY. November 2010.

26 GB of photos and videos, 1,767 moments from two weeks in Ghana, covering four cities, four flights, three bus rides and too many taxi rides to count. 1,767 stolen moments of memories, ideas, insights and stories. 1,767 images ready for my eyes, ears, mind and heart to curate into something that your own eyes, ears, mind and heart will want to view, read and share.

As we settle back into the Internets, Sloane and I are going to take some time to process everything, but trust that we can’t wait to share with you everything we saw, everywhere we toured, everyone we met. Let’s enjoy the process.

See you November 22

Off to Ghana, see you November 22.

Thank you, everyone, for all your pointers and emails to people to connect with in Ghana. Sloane, Drew and I are tremendously appreciative. We’ll have many stories and experiences to share with you when we’re back. I’ll be intermittently available while I’m in Ghana, but not expecting to dedicate anytime to sharing things while I’m gone. Exploring, seeing, asking, experiencing, first and foremost. See you November 22.
