Pinging @David, a quick list of bands I liked from SXSW Music 2010.

Harlem, SXSW Music, Austin, Texas

Highlights? Bands I liked: Fool’s Gold, Surfer Blood, Miike Snow, Black Joe Louis and the Honeybears, Rogue Wave, Frightened Rabbit, The Living Sisters, Citizen Cope, The xx, Holly Miranda. But that feels incomplete, because the list could be so, so long. And, oh, the Central Presbyterian Church is a great place to see a band during SXSW. And some of the band names? To awesome not to joke about constantly (I mean, Tiger! Shit! Tiger! Tiger!, Kittens Ablaze and You Say Party! We Say Die! are seriously great band names). And of course, a great guide, a filter through the noise, and great experiences.
