Even though I’m in Austin, Texas getting ready for SXSW next weekend, for some reason I find myself looking back to past trips to India, Lebanon and Scotland, to friends scattered around the globe, to memories and dreams of future trips.

you know, all my life people told me i couldn't be fulfilled anywhere, everywhere you go there you are, yadda yadda. and while there is definitely some truth to that, that you need to learn to be content no matter the 'geographics' or the circumstance, it also turns out that there was a place i was trying in the back of my mind to get to.
