True story: I did not get my driver’s license until I was 19.

There were a couple good, practical reasons (moving back to the States, Virginia state law, university requirements, and time), but the real reason was that I just wasn’t that interested in it at the time.

How things have changed.

Random: Someone bought an INDIA book a couple months ago. Who bought it? Did you like it?

I don't think 19 is that late. 18-19 is the normal age in Sweden to get a license.

Good point. I learned in the UK and didn't move back to the States until I was 18, which explains part of why I didn't get a license like most people in the US at 16.

You grew up in the UK as well?
