• Artists start off doing what they enjoy, exploring their thoughts and ideas, interact with others, get better over time, find people interested in their ideas, and progress by continuing to do what they love with more people interested in what they do.
  • Businesspeople start off doing something they (hopefully) enjoy and are interested in, learn more about how things get done, interact with others, find people interested in what they are doing, get better over time, and progress by doing the original work less and changing the kinds of things they do, with more people paying more attention to these new activities.
